2. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (Within India):
- Standard shipping is free for all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our reach in the future!
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Metropolitan Areas: 3-5 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, logistics partner, and other external factors. Orders placed during promotions or sales events may experience slight delays due to high order volume.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.
- You can also track your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the “My Orders” section.
5. Address Changes
- Before Dispatch: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at info@alfanjo.com or call +91 8920391028 within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After Dispatch: We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. You may need to contact the courier company directly with your tracking details.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to ensure your order reaches you.
- If the delivery is not successful due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the item will be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
7. Undeliverable Packages

- Delivery refused by the recipient.
- Unavailability of recipient despite multiple delivery attempts.
