1. Order Cancellations

• Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order or until the order is dispatched.
• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once the item is delivered, you can initiate a return request as per our return policy.

• Eligibility for Returns: You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, alterations, or any damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return.

• Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts (with names, graphics, or any custom alterations).
  • Final sale items or items marked as "non-returnable".

• Refund Process:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges
